Swamiji has taken strides to collect the Siddhas, Saints, Sages, Gnanis, Yogis, Ascetics and Preceptors, Holy Men of Puranas both contemporary and ancient.This clearly indicates the clan of Saints is a continuing process and not confined to ancient ages. – A short Biography
Like the new born Sun in the morning spearheading out of the ocean, like that of a fullmoon coming out of dark clouds, like the sweet fragrance sprouting out of blossoming Mullai, Swami was born on 13th January 1936 as the third son to Shri Balakrishnan and Srimathi. Meenakshi Ammal. Swamji led a very simple life right from his childhood days and was not in favour of gaudy and pompous living. At the age of 35 he lost his father. After the demise of his father, his mother Smt. Meenanakshi Ammal was of great assistance to his ascetic life. Swamiji was undertaking the a vocation of a weaver in a small village Manal medu near Eengoimalai. Swamiji understood

through the friends of Iraimaiyam that Bakthi alone cannot lead to salvation without Yoga.
In 1955 Shri Chinnasamy Sastri, an exponent of Siddha medicine and Siddha philosophy was worshipping St. Agatheesar and other saints and Swamiji was initiated by him and taught him the methodology of worshipping Saints and the hidden secrets of Idakalai, Pingalai and Suzhumnai. The spiritual thirst of Swamiji grew him up very fast in spiritual awareness. Swamiji was very well aware the predicaments of working class being born as one among them.
The sufferings of poor people in hutments made him sick and he was very much concerned and worried about the hunger of such folks. He found his answer for the reality of human life in the songs of His Holiness Swami Ramalingar. His natural yearning to appease the hunger of the poor was escalated by

St.Ramalingar’s mellifluous verses. Swamiji has dedicated his thoughts and life for the spiritual enhancement of the society for the past 50 years. In the name St. Agatheesar, the Meru of Gnanis, Swamiji established a Charitable Trust for the benefit of poor. Swamiji is the Centre of peace and solace for all those approach Him.
Ongarakudil has been alleviating the sufferings of Thousands of devotees daily and has undertaken the noble task of feeding the poor right from 1975. The Kudil has been supplying free drinking water for the past Thirty years to all the villages in and around Thuraiyur. Thousands of marriages have been arranged for the poor by Him and ray of hope and lively hood has been extended by His Holiness. His holy mother attained celestial abode on 18-06-1995.

His Holiness always claims that whatever He does has been done only with the blessings of St.Agatheesa and He always places blessed Souls like St. Agatheesar, St. Nandeesar, St. Tirumoola Thevar and St. Karuvoorthevar as His Guide. As a descendent of St. Ramalingar. Swamiji to day is the leader of the entire universe, and is the leader of nine crore Siddhas. He worships St. Agatheesa who created Tamil language as his preceptor. In colleges and universities social service and philosophy are taught only in class rooms but the Ongarakudil has taken them to the neighbourhood of Thuraiyur through their efforts to feed the poor and needy and supply of free potable water which is more essential for day to day livelihood.
Sri Agathiar Sanmarga Sangam is a symbol of universal fraternity and the relationship between the Preceptor and His disciples are exceptionally parental. The disciples go to villages

and disseminate the message of Compassion, Love, Affection sins of killing and vegetarianism.
Swamiji is easily accessible and is a source of solace for all the suffering living beings. Swamiji’s literary acumen even without elementary school education is extraordinary and is evident in the introduction to present text. By His appeal to humanity Swamiji proves Himself to be a champion of all living beings.

the title of ‘Gurumuni and Kumbamuni’, (Agatya Muni is known as Kumbha Muni as he was born from the Kundalini. He is also called Gurumuni, meaning preceptor (Guru) saint (Muni)
If we sit on a white cloth on level ground, lighting a lamp with gingelly oil or ghee, and fragrant incense stick and perform mantra pooja by chanting ‘Om! Agatheesaya Namah’ for thirty minutes in the morning and evening daily and if possible at 12 midnight, we too can attain long and disease-free life. There will be peace in the family. We shall beget noble children. Further, profession, agriculture, job and business will prosper with increased wealth.

We shall invoke by chanting ‘Om! Agatheesaya Namah’ to be blessed us to be free from the evil habits of alchoholism, non-veg. foods and gambling.

We have understood by Your Grace that the day we got the thought of removing hunger of the poor, we shall get elevated in our spiritual status.

We shall invoke by chanting ‘Om! Agatheesaya Namah’ that countless sinners have attained the status of Sages only by worshipping Your Holy Feet. The whole world knows that I am a sinner. Yet, it is Your duty to save sinners like me and shower Your blessings on people like me. Therefore, I pray trusting Your Holy Feet. “Agatheesvara! Accept me and rain Your grace on me.”

The benefits for the servitors who recite the compilation of Siddhargal potri daily
The 131 Siddhars mentioned above are the Saints who have attained full ‘Bliss’. The greatest knowledge is the thought to pray and get their blessings.
If we sit on a white cloth on level ground, lighting a lamp and fragrant incense stick and recite Siddhargal potri for thirty minutes in the morning and evening all our past sins get absolved as that of mist in the morning Sun.
If one continues this, there will be peace in his family. Noble children will be born. He will get good health and long life. The delayed marriage for his children will take place immediately. Loans will be cleared and wealth will increase.

Further, agriculture, business and job will flourish without interruption. The evil habits of taking liquor, eating meat and gambling if present will vanish. Moreover the realization of “meat eating after killing” as a sin will dawn.
If one continues the recitation of ‘Siddhargal potri’, he shall be able to discriminate the act as evil and virtue before it is done. When this realization dawns on them, it can be sworn that they will become Gnanis immediately.
Further, they will take care of their parents, wife, brothers, sisters and friends feed them and earn their good will. This is wisdom! Penance is nothing but worshipping the Holy Feet of enlightened Sage Agatheesar. To perform this, one requires the support of the members of the family and friends. That is why it has been advised to earn their good-will. They

will inherit virtue by offering feast to their dear and near ones and appease the hunger of the poor and needy. The reciters of the ‘Siddhargal potri’ will get the special knowledge of the body and soul. They will also understand that the infirmities of the body cause infirmity to the soul and also generate ignorance. Once they realize that for ignorance, the infirmities of the body are responsible, with the help of Agatheesar, they will get the wisdom of removal of the three infirmities [Mummala] of the body, can remove the infirmity of the soul also. If the soul gets cleansed, ignorance will vanish and wisdom will set in. Only such people will get salvation from the birth.
The 131 Sages mentioned above are the Most Compassionate. If we worship them continuously, we shall

become compassionate to all beings. We shall get the noble idea of appeasing the hunger of the hungry poor and thus seek salvation from the births. We will be made to understand that the entire human race are the children of ‘Arutperunjothi Andavar’. Naturally fraternity dawns. Amongst people with fraternity there exists no racial discrimination and social discrimination. At all times they move with one another open heartedly and enhance the friendship. They will not hurt the feeling of others with their words. They will help others to make them happy and speak pleasantly with others and get the blessings of many.
Unbecoming characteristics like Jealousy, Greed, Wild Anger and Harsh Words leave away automatically for the servitors who chant this Pottri Thoguppu continuously. It is certain to reach new heights once these four baser

characteristics leave. Moreover the evil characteristics wrought through the past misdeeds, like discarding worthy friends and liking unworthy friends will not remain.
They will take decisions patiently. They will not suspect anything without analyzing deeply. Suspicion is the root cause of ceaseless births. One will be made to realize that treating good people for bad people and vice versa is the root cause of ceaseless births.
Note. 1. If the people who undertake a travel keep this ‘Siddhargal potri compilation’, book in their pockets, no accident will occur. No harm will happen to them on account of evil spirits, wild animals or poisonous creatures. Thieves and enemies will not harm them.

The 131 Sages mentioned above have done acts of virtues (Punniyam). None can become a Gnani without doing acts of virtue. The best virtue is to worship the Holy Feet of such Gnanis who have attained Bliss with immeasurable acts of virtues (Virtues/ punniyam). One gets the virtue of a year’s penance if he reads this book at least once a day. Moreover if anyone feeds a poor once a month, apart from getting virtues, it is certain, Gnana will also materialize.

The Holy Feet is Siva, if you but know: If you analyze, the effulgent feet alone is Siva.
The Holy Feet is Siva’s world, if you but think: If you think over, that effulgence is the world Siva dwells.
The Holy Feet is Freedom’s bliss, truth to say: If it is to be said that effulgence is the means to reach Him.
There is the final refuge for souls illumed: For people with inward eye that effulgence is the refuge.

of St.Thirumoolar is worth referring here, “THE FORM OF LIGHT IS LIGHT ONLY IF YOU UNDERSTAND”. It is absolutely clear that the Holy Feet of Guru [Sage] is the path to Sivalokam, Sivam and Refuge.
Note : “Anma” (Soul) is imprisoned in the iron fort of three ‘malas’ or impurities. If “Anma” is to be released, the blessing of Saint Thirumoolar who is present even before one thinks must be there. Otherwise, one cannot release the “Anma” from the iron fort, the Body.
If one analyses the means to get salvation from the birth, that is the Holy Feet of Saint Thirumoolar only. If one thinks further and becomes clear it will be made to understand that His Holy Feet alone are Sivalokam. That alone will be the proper support to

He fixed his benign gaze on me : and gazed at me with merciful eyes. Establishing power to disciples through sight, the Holy touch and Merciful look are “Initiation of Gnosis”.
And he granted me the Form Mighty : the omnipresent and who gave the mighty form.
He, mine Nandi Great : I saw Nandi the great in the form of my Guru
I saw him, my monarch, in Guru Form : I Saw my King.

Note: If we worship the Guru Thirumoolathevar, he will descend on us internally and externally, activate the ‘Idakalai’ (breath through left nostril) and ‘Pingalai’ (breath through right nostril) and make them merge in ‘Suzhimunai’ (midst of the forehead at the center of the eyebrows). That will gift us ‘Kayasiddhi’ (Immortal Body). That will be the way of getting rid of all our births. Hence Bakthi alone can give us Siddhi and Mukthi.Therefore,

Those without devotion will not attain Enlightenment or Eternal Bliss. If the Guru tells the meaning of the Vedhas heard over years One will understand the true meaning easily.
Saint Idaikkadar
Explanation: Those who do not worship the feet of Saint Idaikkadar cannot understand Bakthi (devotion) and the method of practicing Bakthi(true devotion).If one worships the Holy Feet of Saint Idaikkadar daily, he will preach to us the hidden meaning of the Vedhas which cannot be heard and understood from others.
Note : As a rotten seed will not germinate, the person without devotion cannot attain ‘Gnanam’ (Salvation).

Note.2. “Anma” (Soul) is imprisoned in this body, the constitution of three ‘malas’ (Impurities). If the body of three malas is set at nought, the “Anma” will be released. If the body is to be devoid of Malas one shall have the blessings of St. Thirumoolar who has successfully cleansed the Mummalas of the body. Without His grace, the stain of three malas will not vanish. If malas vanish, the mala of mind and that of soul will vanish.
Note.3. A man must understand his body and soul. Such a man alone is an enlightened man. If a man does not know this, whatever might have been his learning may not be considered as literate. If a man wants to learn the art of deathlessness one must learn the art of deathlessness and attain salvation from this birth, one must have the blessings of St. Thirumoolar.

Note.4. He is the virtuous man who has understood that this birth can be got rid of only with the grace of Guru.
Note.5. A man who thinks that for advancement, the grace of a Guru is not essential and his education alone is enough is chaff among men.

If we sit on a white cloth on level ground, lighting a lamp and recite “Siddhargal potri” for thirty minutes in the morning and evening there will be peace in the family. Noble children will be born. Liabilities will be cleared and wealth will increase.
He will get good health and long life . Further, agriculture, business and job will flourish without interruption. If the people who undertake a travel keep this ‘Siddhargal Potri compilation’, book in their pockets, no accident will occur. No harm will happen to them on account of evil spirits, wild animals or poisonous creatures. Thieves and enemies will not harm them. Whatever we yearn will materialize without any

Chanting of their Holy names again and again dispels ignorance and pure knowledge appears. If one continues the recitation of ‘Siddhargal potri’, he shall be able to discriminate the act as evil and virtue before it is done. When this realization dawns on them, they will become Gnanis.
‘Sanmargam’ is creation of happiness for all beings by one’s thought, word and deed. ‘Thunmargam’ or evil way is the creation of harm to all beings by one’s thought, word and deed.

It is good to get virtue by doing ‘ANNADHANAM’ (Poor Feeding). But still better is living without killing any beings and practicing vegetarianism.
Those who want to attain salvation must follow not only the principles outlined above in this book but also chant the Holy name of the Immaculate Blissful Agatheesar for 10 minutes every morning and evening by “Om Agatheesaya Namah” which not only absolves the past acts of demerits but also “Gnana” dawns.
